OUR MISSION

Our mission is to help people facing homelessness, displacement, and barriers to basic needs achieve long-term housing stability, safety, and opportunity by providing compassionate support, practical resources, and pathways to a stronger future, with a focus on communities disproportionately impacted by housing insecurity, economic hardship, discrimination, and systemic barriers.

OUR VISION

We envision a future where everyone has access to safe, stable housing and the support they need to thrive, regardless of the barriers they face.

OUR GOAL

To reduce homelessness and housing instability by connecting 1000 individuals and 100 families to housing, supportive services, and opportunities that promote long-term stability, self-sufficiency, and community well-being over the next 5 years.

Emergency & Supportive Housing

We help people who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability find a safe place to stay while working toward permanent housing.

Support may include:

Health & Wellness Support

Stable housing and good health go hand in hand.

We help connect participants to:

HIV care and treatment
Gender-affirming healthcare
Mental health services
Legal services (Name change & Gender Markers)
Wellness resources and community support

Focused on mutual aid and emergency navigation for vulnerable residents facing major disaster issues before, during, and after the storm.

Garden & Food Access

Improving local food security through neighborhood-centered urban farming and environmental education initiatives through intergenerational intersectionality's.
